BIO: W.E. Barnett Dallas Police Department assigned to the area of Elm and Houston Streets on November 22nd, 1963. Instructed to watch the traffic and crowd and stop the traffic when President Kennedy came by. After hearing the shots gun to the back of the Texas School Book Depository and watched the only fire escape for 2 " to 3 minutes. Then with his Captain ran back to the front door of the Depository and remained there for sometime. Testified during the Warren Commission.
