Fixing Accessories

We have a huge range of quality stainless steel and galvanised fixing accessories which are way cheaper than what you would pay at Bunnings and shipped free if you purchase them at the same time as your shade sail.

What you need to know before you purchase a shade sail

Measurements of the shade sails are taken from buckle to buckle along the nominal straight line, they are manufactured with a curve so that the tension can be applied evenly across the surface, if the sails were a square piece of fabric with no curved edges, there would be no way to tension the shade sail. Curvature is generally around 5-7%. If you are looking for a shade sail made as a panel with no curvature then please contact us for a custom quote. The Shady Ladies recommended that you get your shade sail before you erect any fixing points. The shady ladies recommend that you get your shade sail first before erecting any poles.

Remote Delivery 

Some area of Australia can be quite expensive to send to, while we do offer free postage a remote fee will apply to the following postcodes due to high delivery fees and also may vary depending the size of the shade sail.

Australian customers - Items are delivered by Australia Post with up to date tracking and a signature is required on delivery. 

We ship from our warehouse from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Items are usually shipped within 24 hours and not later than 48 hours of recieving your payment. We do have a quick and reliable delivery service but times can sometimes vary depending on your locations. Please allow more time for remote deliveries. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details which you are then able to track online. Any issues with your delivery please contact us so we can look after it for you. 

International Customers

Items are shipped with Express courier international with quick delivery times. If you country is not listed please contact us for a postage quote. Please note: We do not cover any duty or customs charges which may apply to your country this is the responsibility of the buyer. Please specify which size shade sail you are interested in and we can give you a quote for postage.
