Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

IMPORTANT: This item is oversized. MUST be shipped with LTL-Freight Service.

• This item can ONLY be delivered to addresses within COMMERCIAL or INDUSTRIAL zones and areas.
• This Item can NOT be delivered to Residential zones, areas, and addresses.
• Businesses operating out of homes are considered Residential.
• Farms, remote/rural addresses, and certain Commercial addresses are considered difficult to access for an LTL-Freight vehicle and may not be covered by our Shipping method.
• A valid business name needs to be provided alongside the valid Commercial address a valid Commercial address with a Loading Dock and Crew.
• A liftgate to help unload the Item can be included for FREE with the LTL-Freight vehicle for delivery.
• Orders requiring LTL-Freight shipping will be shipped out within 3 business days after a valid address has been provided and verified.
• Changes (address corrections, cancellations etc.) after an order has been shipped are NOT available and the Customer will incur any associated costs for forced changes.
• LTL-Freight delivery personnel are NOT available for additional requests during the delivery of the Item.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.

• All orders placed will be shipped out within 3 business days, once the address is provided and verified by our team. Freight companies do not pick up orders on weekends and national holidays.
• An estimation of the delivery date and time of your items can be given after your order was picked up by the carrier.

• Tracking information will be supplied once the order has been picked up by a freight company.

To request a cancellation of your order prior to it being shipped:

• Go to your Purchase history and find the order you want to cancel.
• Select the "More actions" dropdown menu and select "Cancel this order".
• Select Submit.

A cancellation of your order cannot be guaranteed, however we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

• Return Shipping is paid by the buyer.
• FULL REFUND: A Full Refund will be provided if the Item is returned in unused condition, with return shipping paid by the buyer, within 90 days of purchase.

• By submitting the Order, the Buyer understands that VYC Tires Inc. doesn't actually manufacture any Items and simply only sells them as they're advertised by the manufacturer.

• Mileage warranty is described as accurate as possible based on the information provided to the public to use by tire manufacturers.
• Limited Manufacturing Warranty; courtesy of the manufacturer; is available for any and all tire purchases. The warranty is claimed through the seller, but it is processed by the manufacturer directly.
• All tire specifications displayed are provided by tire manufacturers.

• Prior to placing the order, the buyer must make sure that the specifications and size of the tire they are purchasing are appropriate for their vehicle.
• The Production Year is specified in each Item's "Item specifics", if any is available. By making a purchase, the Buyer agrees to receive the Item with the advertised Year (if any). The tires sold may be up to 5 years of age on some occasions, although we do our best to ensure their pristine condition as well as try to work with only more recent tires.

• In purchasing any tire(s) from VYC Tires Inc. you agree that regardless of where you may be located or the tires may be shipped, Florida law shall apply to this transaction (excluding its conflicts of laws rules) particularly considering that your order is being placed to VYC Tires Inc. offices in Florida, payment is being received in Florida, and the tires are shipped from the closest warehouse to the customer.
