The majority of our Parts are left over merchandise from Closed businesses,open box returns or OE Inventory from dealer returns, manufacturing plants or manufacture assembly lines. These items although NEW are not always crispy clean like you would purchase from your local retailer. They have either been moved multiple times. Opened and re-boxed, removed from a part of a larger assembly or just do not have a box at all anymore. Many times a manufacturer will scratch off their name or remove the part from their branded box and re-box it in a generic box or just dump it with hundreds of like parts in a pallet. 

It may have been made by a different manufacturer than they use today and may not look the same as new retail, it may have been re-boxed and/or returned. This does not make it fake, or a Chinese knockoff, or USED. We make every effort to identify the item and provide the proper fitment and country of origin. We buy from major worldwide suppliers that must keep records to prove a chain of ownership. We know where the parts came from! 

So please understand Although NEW; there may be scuffs, scratches, nicks or minor damage. The item may have been part of a larger assembly and removed. It may not have all the little pieces, parts, Screws, boots, instructions or look the same as one you bought from the auto parts store down the street the other day. The box may be dirty or incomplete or just not there at all.
