Racebolt Aluminium Sprocket Nuts. Made in the UK from aircraft spec Aluminium Alloy 60% lighter than Steel originals. The flange spreads the load of the Nut on the part being secured, reducing the chance of damage to the part and making it less likely to loosen as a result of the increased frictional area. These Nuts are unique in that they have a rolled thread making them very tough and are colour anodised in seven different colours for increased durability. Precision machined, ideal for road or race. Durable yet highly corrosion resistant making them ideal for exposed usage on rear sprocket, engine or bodywork components etc. Aluminium is a softer material than steel equivalents therefore has a lower torque setting which can be found in the technical section of our website.
