Product overview:

Sodium Lactate is a liquid salt naturally derived from the fermentation of sugars found in corn and beets. As the salt of lactic acid, it functions as a powerful humectant, drawing in moisture and maintaining optimal skin hydration. It significantly supports the skin’s Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF), enhances elasticity, and promotes a smooth, non-tacky feel. In cosmetics, it also helps stabilize pH, supports the skin barrier, and gently activates natural exfoliation processes. Additionally, Sodium Lactate is valued in soap making for creating harder, longer-lasting bars.
