This is a beautiful delicate, Black, narrow rigid (non stretch) lace trim that has a floral

swirl design with an eyelash edge. 

The floral design has a very subtle cording and raised effect that enhances it

and make it stand out perfectly.

The lace has a double flounce edge and is an excellent quality lace

with soft handle and drape.
