Smiley Brand Pullover Short Sleeve Heavy Cotton Shirt Melting Smile Medium

Can almost be considered a short sleeve sweatshirt by how thick/heavy it is

There is a little stitching on inside of collar that is loose and my guess it that is was where the size tag was.

Based on the measurements and me trying it on this is a Medium.

Chest armpit to armpit - 23"

Length - 28"

Sleeve from shoulder - 8"

Sleeve from collar - 17"
