This is a Vintage WW2 Era (c.1940) The Pac-Kit Company of Greenwich, Conn. Medical First Aid Kit for Iowa School Bus Loaded with original supplies. Case when closed measures 13 3/8" x 9 5/8" x 2 5/8". The metal box has hangers mounted on it, so it hangs on the wall and the lid opens out to act as a shelf while you view the packs of medical supplies. Designed to have 36 units and currently has 28 plus the fabric tourniquet and the ace bandage which looks much newer. Only one box is empty. Some have been opened but only the one is completely empty. Most are still sealed.
