Instrument Principle

After placed measured solution in the measuring cell, light resource issued by a particular light beam and in face of the dissolved substances simultaneously, a part of beam is absorbed (Absorbance=light source total flux-the amount of light through), then it will as a  signal of circuit apparatus of receiving, amplification, derived from the value after treatment and then compared with the standard solution
