This is a new-with-tag Urban Outfitters flowy rayon halter maxi dress with three separate overlaying panels--one striped (purple, cerulean, slate, lime green, teal), one zigzag (purple, fuchsia, black, teal, white), one solid turquoise. New condition with no shelf wear or defects, tag reads $129. Size marked S/P—please see measurements.

My return policy: Returns are welcome as long as the item is returned unused.

In the case of item not as described (or reasonable difference of opinion about my description), I always favor the buyer and issue a full refund, including return shipping. In case of wrong size or a changed mind, I'm still happy to accept a return initiated within 3 days, but shipping both ways is up to the buyer.
