The community's only hope is D.S Harrigan who, having just returned to his home force after a tough tour

of duty in Hong Kong, realises a bigger battle lies ahead when his friend and former colleague is brutally

murdered and his struggle for justice becomes very personal. Crime is spreading like a disease and he
