This is a great alternative to the usual one handed Glidecam style stabilisers. It's far easier to use, you can get steady shots with far less experience than the alternative. Also, being a 2 handed device, it is nowhere near as tiring to operate for more prolonged periods of time. We are not comparing this to an electronic device, of an expensive vest, spring loaded arm attachment, which obviously have different levels of easy stabilisation (I got steady shots with a gymbal on my first try), but we are talking about different applications and different price points here. This is the G2 version, so more refined and has a higher camera capacity, I think it was 3.5kg?
