Our items are housed in a clean, smoke-free environment. Unless otherwise stated, pre-owned, gently used plush/fabric items are lightly laundered or surface cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions on the tags. Hard surface items have been wiped down with disinfectant wipes. All items have been inspected for rips, stains or flaws to the best of my knowledge. They are then measured, photographed, placed in clear product bags and transported to a climate controlled facility for storage and protection. 

PAYMENTS 

Payment is due immediately for "fixed price" items. For auction items, payment is due within three (3) days of auction close. 

SHIPPING 

Orders are shipped within one (1) business day, Monday through Friday, of receiving cleared payment. Buyers can add signature confirmation at an additional cost of $2.65 by contacting me prior to purchasing item. I ship using the three Rs that benefit our planet,~Reduce~Reuse~Recycle~ therefore, I reuse packing boxes and materials whenever possible.
