These companies do not need to give you any sort of warranty passed a 30 day money back gaurantee from Ebay and are not subject to any ACCC rules. Often they will put the Australian flag or "Australia" in the picture or ad. Please be careful. We always recommend making sure you buy from a legitimate Australian business.
