Order Processing:

Our system is completely automated. We are unable to cancel or make changes to any order after it has been placed.

If you have order questions pertaining to fitment or estimated ship times, please ask PRIOR to placing your order, as any notes do not show up prior to orders being processed.

Shipping within 48 Continental States:

  • Shipping will be by UPS, FedEx, or USPS
  • All orders will be shipped signature required

Shipping Time:

  • Most orders ship same day and arrive within 1–3 business days. We ship from 6 U.S. warehouses (KY, TX, ID, CA, WA & CO). Some items may take longer if drop shipped or backordered.
  • We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Refusal of Delivery:

Refusal of delivery incurs a 25% restocking fee. Outbound shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund.

Returns:

Once installed or test-fitted, items are considered used and may be subject to up to a 50% deduction. Returns may be declined if the item is used, damaged, or not resalable.

Warranties:

  • JD Auto & Truck does not manufacture the products sold. All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. Unless the manufacturer agrees, return shipping for warranty claims is the customer's responsibility.
