Signed "A Biro" and has a Brass Tag that is also stamped "A BIRO".
It's a Modern Impressionist Dock Scene painting, perhaps from the mid 20th century?
Measures approx 22" by 26" framed.
Has a some areas of flaking (missing paint), but they are minor and hard to see unless looking at the painting with a lighted area behind it.
Nice heavy brush strokes.
Really a pretty painting, very likely by a listed artist.
