- CANCELLATION: Return request must be preapproved. Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee per day that the listing has been removed from active listings. Order cancellation request that have been approved after shipment is subject to a 50% restocking fee and refund will be less shipping cost to and from the Buyer. A 75% restocking fee will be charged for all unapproved returns and shipping cost to and from the Buyer will not be reimbursed. Items must be returned in original condition, not damaged, tampered with or altered. Once the product has been received in its original condition a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
