This dress is in excellent condition.  If you google this dress you’ll find it on various celebrity ladies.  The size tag says L which seems a little general for a dress like this so I’m going to go ahead and give it a number size of 10.  But you should check the measurements I’ve provided and make sure the dress will work for you.  The dreamy print against the black and white embroidery is just so striking on this designer frock.
