Neo-Golf Vintage Golf Advertising Metal Sign Neo Mfg Made in USA.  Not entirely sure what this is before.  Looks to be advertising or maybe belonged to a game?  Has a lip on the back top and folds pointing on the sides of the sign.  Makes me think this slide into a display?

Metal sign is 9" x 8 3/4".  Does have wear and some corrosion areas.  Logo and text does not look hand painted.
