WEIGHT NOT INCLUDED. COLLARS NOT INCLUDED. USA MADE. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Do you want to work your forearms in a different way for more gains? Working your grip, wrist, and forearms is essential in all workouts that you do. Why not get the most out of it. This will work your flexors and your extensors to the max. This Juggernaut Extra Thick Forearm Handle is the real deal. Unlike a dumbbell, this single collar handle puts all the force on your wrist and forearm like a leverage system also maximizes grip strength. Not like a dumbbell that uses the other side as a counterbalance. I know there are some of these out there that have a longer collar. Problem with those is you end up stressing the elbow much more. With this you can take the load off the elbow and focus on the hand, wrist and forearm. Great for pronation and supination. If you want you can also curl with this, which will work certain sides of the bicep based on the position of the collar. Check the video out for a few different workouts you can do with this forearm wise. The handle itself is thick 2.4" in diameter. The collar is 4 -1/2" long. It weights about 2 pounds. WEIGHTS AND COLLAR ARE NOT INCLUDED. Most Olympic collars fit. The only ones that I know that have trouble fitting are the Rogue OSO collars. You do not need alot of weight to get the max out of this handle. Capped on the ends for a clean look. Cap, Rogue, Troy, Body Solid, Gold's Gym, Fitness Gear, York, Rep Fitness, USA Sports, Weider, Valor, Ethos, Titan, and Xmark weights work on this. It doesn't matter if they are bumper plates or a close tolerance plates. They all fit.
