This is not used, but brand new. It will work for the rear up/down adjustment motor. The factory rear up down motor casing is all black plastic compared to the white and metal front motor. The shaft is longer than the front up down motor, so please verify the gear kit you need. Replaces the gears in factory motor part number:

You will have to reuse your tube nut off the old shaft. The factory constant section ring must be removed off the old shaft in order to unscrew the tube nut. The constant section ring is a thick piece of wire that holds a bushing on the end of the shaft. If removing the section ring becomes a problem, you can cut the old shaft close to the motor and unscrew the tube nut from the cut end. This is the method I prefer.The screw holding the tube nut on the new shaft is left hand thread. A small socket can be used to tighten it, but you might have to spread the ends apart some. This won't affect the operation of the motor assembly.
