A: 1. Add 1 teaspoon white vinegar into watertank and fill with tap water.

2. Turn on the steam mop and allow to steam until all the water has evaporated.

3. Turn the mop off, using the pin provided and insert the pin into the mop nozzle to remove any limescale or blockage fill with clean tap water again, allow to steam until the tank is empty.

Q: Can I add detergent or disinfectant?
