A Pictorial History of the B12s is a new Society publication produced especially to raise funds towards the major ten-year overhaul of the our 4-6-0 locomotive 8572. The book covers the history of the class using images for some technical detail, and photographs of the engines in operation in East Anglia, Scotland and the Midlands.

The book is 210 x 198mm, 168 pages and uses over 230 photos – many have never been published before – and is priced now at £19.50 reduced from £23.95.

Published on 30 October, it is a way to make a donation towards 8572’s overhaul and have something unique to show for it!
