Image measures approximately 12 inches (30.48 cm) x 16 inches (40.64 cm) and has absolutely NO noted defects. There are no rips, stains, tears, gouges or repairs noted to the canvas. Clean and crisp images of the hustle and bustle of San Franscisco's Nob Hill with a view of the bridge in the distance.
Professionally framed in the Brandy Frame with raised floral scrolling on the corners and a rich cherry finish. Framed piece is 17.25 inches (43.82 cm) x 21.5 inches (54.61 cm) with moulding width of 5.125 inches (13 cm).
Artwork is also matted with cream colored cloth mat and gold trim. There is a brass/gold plate with the name of the piece and labeling it a Thomas Kinkcade. The bottom right corner shows signature with "#22 - John 3:16" under it.
