Vintage - Blue Waltz Concentrated Cologne, New York, measures 4 7/16” H x 2 1/2” x 1 1/8”, 2 fluid ounce bottle with approximately 2/3 remaining, paper label, glass bottle and plastic screw top. There is no box. It was found in an estate that was filled with cosmetic collectables, two thirds full.
