They are cut to length of 6 feet (180cm) each and are open ended so they can be bi or tri- folded and combined for a variety of exercises.
The combined length of all 5 bands is 30'.
They are color coded to level of resistance.
Yellow: x-light
Red: light
Green: medium
Blue: heavy
Black: x-heavy
