You are admiring a favorite of mine, a Guildfordia yoka (Jousseaume, 1888) measuring 62.8mm and graded F+++...an incredible form with amazing spines & a fantastic color pattern is displayed...an outstanding, deep H2O specimen.  This beauty was collected in tangle nets at 150-200m off Balicasag Island, Philippines.  A member of the Turbinidae family which make excellent compliments in any collection.  Thank you for visiting our store this afternoon...and a wonderful choice, too.

***Special Note:  About as good a quality grading as we see with this very deep H2O species.  Reminds me of something Kenneth Wye wrote about this species.  "It is amazing that perfect specimens survive after being fished from their habitat in depths possibly as low as 1650feet (500m).  I could not agree more!!
