This is a beautifully handcrafted, one-of-a-kind quilt.
This quilt is machine pieced using premium quality 100% cotton quilt fabrics. The fruit and vegetable print rectangles measure
2" x 3" and the finished blocks measure 3" x 3" (when you include the 1/2" deep green strips), it has a 1 3/4" border made from the various fruits and vegetable prints included in the quilt.
The quilt is machine quilted using dark green thread (that matches the green fabric in the quilt). The fabric on the back of the quilt is an all over strawberry print. This quilt also has a double fold green binding(same as the deep green fabric used in the quilt) which is hand sewn on the back. I used Warm & Natural Needled Cotton Batting for the batting.
The quilt measures approximately 19 1/4" x 22 1/3" which is a perfect size for all types of dolls especially American Girl and other 18" dolls.
This quilt also makes for a stunning and delicious wall hanging and If you would like to purchase this quilt as a wall hanging, simply contact me and I'd be glad to sew a hanging sleeve on the back for you.
This set includes a flanged 5" x 8" pillow made with the same fabric as the deep green fabric used in the quilt. It also includes 3 coordinating, 4" x 4" throw pillows; one yellow made of extremely soft minky cuddle and one bright orange and bright red made of extremely soft minky cuddle dimple dots fabric.
This quilt set was made with great care by me in my smoke-free home.
It is initialed and dated on the back (in one corner of the quilt)
