Offered is a wonderful cabinet photograph depicting the delivery wagons for the Esch Ice Company. The sizable wagons are drawn by two horses. I find reference to Esch Brothers and Rabe Ice Company all around the Chicago area c1900. This might be a later image. The other buildings include the Hudson Freight Forwarding Co building as well as the Chicago, Milwaukee & St Paul Freight House #6. On the side of the wagons – Office & Depot 5th and Jefferson streets. Phone number Canal 4553. I am guessing these are 1910-20. Hard to say. The image is 5” x 7” and overall 8” x 10”.
