This vintage old basket does have rust and in the pictures you'll see a couple of loose wires. Nice heavy duty tray measures 24 3/4 inches long, 16 3/4 inches wide and 3 1/4 inches tall. Bottom footing of the tray is approx. 1/2 inch wider than the top all around. Have 2 more like this for sale as well.
