We use a network of professional delivery companies who will deliver to you between Monday to Friday 8am till 6pm. Please note that delivery prices apply to England and Wales only. The following areas are subject to an additional delivery surcharge. All order will be dispatched within 1 working day (excluding weekend) on a 24hr delivery service. Please be aware that sometimes due to transit issue, deliveries might be delayed for a day.

Returns

If you wish to return an item to us for whatever reason. Please contact our customer service team and will be more than happy to help.

Colours and shades: It is virtually impossible to 100% accurately portray colours of wooden, fabric and leather furniture in pictures. Factors such as your monitor settings or a particular lighting used when taking photographs can affect shading. Colours may vary slightly from batch to batch, therefore we cannot accept colour or shade differences as faults.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes. We have a showroom in Blackburn, Lancashire where you can view our leather sofas, dining room furniture, beds, mattresses and many more...

Can I request a specific delivery date and time?

It's not possible to request a specific date or time for your delivery. E.g., only being able to accept delivery on Thursday or Friday after 4pm may not be possible. Please contact us for more info.

What methods of payment do you accept?

PayPal, Credit/Debit Card over the phone and BACS (Bank Transfer).
