If you are purchasing from the USA, and having your item delivered to an address in the USA, you will need to pay import duties BEFORE we can despatch your order. This is an additional fee on top of the item price and postage & packaging. Once you have placed your order, please send us a message with your email address so that we can send you an invoice. This will be a PayPal invoice, but you do not need a PayPal account to pay it. The duties payable are based on the item value, and vary depending on where the item was made.

Postage and Packaging
In order to benefit from the Combined Postage Discounts please be sure to add all of your items to your basket before completing payment. Postage refunds cannot be given if multiple orders are placed, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. However, if you do place more than one order (and they are close enough together to be despatched the same day), we will upgrade your postage to a tracked service.
Postage prices and combined postage discounts are as follows:
UK postage: Royal Mail 48:
Band A items: £1.99 - each additional item 50p
Band B items: £4.49 - each additional item £1.
International Postage: Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed for:
Band A items: EU £11 - each additional item £3; USA £13 - each additional item £4; Rest of the World £12 - each additional item £4
Band B items: EU £14 - each additional item £3; USA £16 - each additional item £4; Rest of the World £15 - each additional item £4.
What to do if your postage has become very expensive - especially important for buyers outside the UK
If you are placing a particularly large order, the postage may get a bit out of hand. If this is the case, please DO NOT use the "Request Total" feature (located near the top right of the basket page). Unfortunately, this feature does not work properly for us on eBay and has consistently caused us significant problems.
In the event of your postage being very high, please send me a message through eBay including a list of the part numbers you are interested in purchasing. I will then create a bespoke listing just for you so that I can properly control the postage cost and you will buy "one item" on eBay which includes all the parts you require. For buyers wanting to purchase 10 or more items at once, you will also receive a 10% discount for using this system.
Despatch time
Despatch is within 3 working days from payment, so you should receive your item(s) within 5 working days for the UK, dependent upon Royal Mail or any other carrier we may use and current circumstances. We cannot guarantee delivery dates as once an item is posted it is in the hands of the delivery company.
For international customers deliveries are likely to be significantly longer, dependent upon carriers and current circumstances.
Domestic returns are accepted on all of our goods if returned undamaged, unopened and in the original packaging. Domestic returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the return postage unless exceptional circumstances apply. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you wish to return an item and we will sort things our for you quickly and easily.
We do not accept international returns unless the item is damaged or not as described. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will sort things out for you quickly and easily.
All of our spares are brand new unless stated otherwise or listed as used.
