This AUTHENTIC ORIGINAL Game Boy DMG-01 has been FULLY disassembled CLEANED, tested, UPGRADED, and reassembled.  Entire system was gone through and works flawlessly.

This uses the BEST IPS Kit on the market and it's a prelaminated screen with an on-screen display for adjustability.  The prelaminated lens prevents distortion, dust intrusion, and adds to the longevity of the unit.  Because this is a higher end kit most don't use it.  We also add a anti hum kit to the power supply.  Most IPS kits introduce a slight hum into the speaker.  Our Gameboys sound like the OEM gameboys since we reduce the interference noise.  Not all IPS Gameboys are the same.  We try and go the extra mile so you have hours of enjoyment.

When you purchase one of our Game Boy’s our restoration process includes but is not limited too

·        The shell has been replaced with a high-quality reproduction.  This allows this to be as close to purchasing a NEW Gameboy as possible.

·        We save or replace (if missing) the serial number and service stickers in the back.  This is a step most restorers miss and adds the overall authenticity of the unit

·        A, B, and d pad buttons are replaced to new factory units to again give it that brand new feel 

·        Silicon button pads are fully replaced with BRAND NEW pads to ensure flawless use and responsive button touches.

·        BRAND NEW LCD Glass screen installed (made of same material as cell phones) to ensure a long life

·        Battery Terminals inspected are replaced  with new factory accurate terminals

·        All electronics have been inspected, cleaned, and gone through to ensure it works as it should.

So much nostalgia in such a tiny package.  We really go above and beyond to give you the best possible experience.

This Version is our upgraded Classic model.  It looks like a classic DMG but it’s a completely different animal.  We tested many different aftermarket LCD kits to find the best one.  We exclusively use this LCD kit for it’s ease of use for the end user and the quality of the screen

The advantage of our Game Boy DMG  backlight LCDs are as bellow:

2. Build in OSD Menu. Retro pixel Effect ON/OFF.

Add FRM function in this version. (Frame blending On/OFF) is included. For some extremely few games, the image effect will be better.

3. Built-in 8 color modes,Each 'color mode' can be adjustable. Each color mode can change to 65,536 different color!

4. Thedisplay area is 11% larger than the original.

5. Image position adjustable. No need to worry about the misalignment of the LCD screen in the installation.

6. Battery level display On/OFF.

7. Wide View angle up to 178 degree.

8. Easy to install.

9. High brightness 720p display resolution ratio.

10. Spin the Knob to adjust the brightness, Press the Knob to change the coloful modes.

We use only the best OEM and aftermarket products in our restorations to insure you're getting the real deal.  The plastic screens originally used scratched and clouded with use and age.  The Glass screen is the one upgrade/concession we make because it makes for a FAR better product.

When possible, original serial number stickers are saved.  Sometimes though the serial number may not be perfect, but we rather keep the originality of the Serial Number sticker.  If the sticker is missing or damaged beyond being saved it is replaced.

This is a hand mand product so minor imperfections may exist but this unit is near perfect.  The photos used are stock photos we restore A LOT of Game Boys and it’s impossible to take photos of each one individually.  If you’d like to see your specific unit before I ship, please send me a private messenger and I’ll work with you.
