IF FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES the decal was damaged by ONE letter or a tear to ONE letter do not remove the whole decal because you can send us a picture of it so we can mail you a replacement of that letter. BUT if you have removed it all we can no longer help you or send you another full decal. Thank you for your consideration of the terms.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Unused with all pieces intact. Please keep the receipt for your records.
