This is a brand new item from Main Street, style 74996.  It is a long sleeve spandex leotard with attached skirt.  This dress is slinky and is fully frontlined. The body and skirt are slinky and the empire trim and bow are velvet spandex. This item retailed for over $50 and is perfect except for the color transfer issue I mentioned in the beginning. Size is medium adult and I have only this size. cb bxV
