All items only ship to United States at present.

Item will be shipped from our California Shipping center within 1 business days after your payment is cleared.

All orders will ship USPS First Class/ Priority Mail or UPS.

Domestic orders usually takes 1-5 days to arrive.

We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. We only ship to the Lower 48 states, and we do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Box addresses.

Return

All of our products come with a return period of 30 days from the date of original delivery. If within the 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or no longer need the item (if unopened) we will assist you with a return for full refund minus a 20% processing fee.
If there is an issue of damage, please send us pictures through mail. Depending on the damage, we will take further action to solve the problem as soon as possible. There are times when we can use the pictures as the actual return, thereby eliminating the time and hassle of packaging up the product and returning it to us for an exchange or refund.
