Xbox NCAA Football 2005 and Top Spin Combo Pack Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3 by Microsoft. The case is in Near Mint condition but it is does not look like an original green Xbox case. The instruction books are in Near Mint condition with minor wear. The disc is in good condition with some smudging to the surface and a few light scratches that do not affect its playability.
