I have loved Gibran since the 60s ... and what made this book even more fun 

Wisdom quotes … Kahlil Gibran (1883-1931 A. D), the wisdom poet, is well-known for his romantic poems, but he had a lot to say on different human issues. Here is a book-full of his aphorisms and maxims quoted from 13 of his works. The philosophy in his poems may be connected to the two loves that he lost because of his poverty, but he was a brilliant philosopher, which his writings have come to express.
The quotes are arranged alphabetically, documenting the source. This is a great book to keep handy and refer to any time one needs inspiration.

FIVE STARS … In order to earn 5 stars from me, a book has to be one I’d reread. This short collection of Gibran’s wisdom will be reread and looked to for wisdom many times over I’m certain. If I had to pick a favorite quote from this, my first reading, it’d be - “Beauty is not in the face. Beauty is a light in the heart.”
A very good collection to add to any library.
