Extremely Rare French Art Nouveau Deco 18K Gold Diamonds Clover 850 or 900 Platinum Bale Pendant Charm☘️ Fully hallmarked eagles head for 18K gold and makers mark MC with what appears to be a tulip flower between the letters within a diamond frame. Platinum of that era was either 850 or 900 thus 85 or 90 percent with 10 or 15 percent being either iridium or palladium depending on whether their aim is luster or rigidity. Weighs approximately 2.3 grams. The platinum clover frame is approximately 1.38 cm (8.5/16 of an inch) in furthest length from top diamond frame edge to platinum stem tip edge. The width is approximately 9 mm (5.2/16 of an inch) the furthest edges of the platinum frame holding the center two diamonds. The clover has three European cut diamonds with a center old mine cut diamond and a stem with two old mine cut diamonds for a total of six diamonds. The three European cut diamonds are approximately 2.7 mm in diameter. Very unusual design bale pendant charm similar to an earring which can be clipped and unclipped onto any chain, designed to serve as a diamond filled clover bale which can be added to any pendant, now how cool is that ?! I have seen other clover charms by Tiffany with frames that do not let light travel freely through the diamonds, this clover diamonds hinges does the opposite so that this clover truly sparkles !
