Terms:  I use PayPal as a means of payment and I ask that all payments are made within 10 days of the auction ending. I will contact the winning bidder three times with reminders after which I will re-list the item. 

Shipping: I ship Canada Post to all destinations and they handoff to your local postal system.  Everything is shipped standard surface post (unless otherwise noted/requested) but if you require faster shipping I will try to accommodate, please e-mail me with your requirements.

Descriptions:  I make every effort to accurately describe my items.  Please let me know if you have any questions about any item.  I will also take pictures and post images of anything that should be noted about each item.

Returns:  I do accept returns; however, you must notify me within 14 days if you would like to return something.  A refund will only include the purchase price of the item.  I cannot refund the cost of shipping and handling.  Occasionally, I may list an item ?as is? meaning that I will not accept returns for the item.  In those rare cases, I will clearly specify that the item is ?as is? and I will not accept returns.

My goal is to make your e-bay transaction with me a pleasant one that results in you receiving the item(s) you are looking for, in the condition you are looking for, and for a good price.  My customer service focus will make your transactions with me quick and smooth?..
