Media Return Policy: Please make your selections carefully. New recorded Media items that are shipped in shrink wrap can only be returned if unopened, and must be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Used items cannot be returned. We will always accept returns if we made a major error in our listing. In this rare event, you must contact us for a return authorization within 14 days of receipt, based on the USPS Delivery Confirmation delivery date, and return to us within 30 days. International customers must contact us within 30 days of the ship date. No returns for "buyer remorse," dropped/canceled classes, accidental purchase, differences in the eBay-supplied stock photos and the actual cover art.

We ship all CDs in cardboard CD mailers. All items ship with your choice of Media Mail or Priority Mail. We ship 6 days a week, usually within 1 business day of receiving payment. We will send a confirming e-mail with the Delivery Confirmation number once your item has shipped.
