We can only do one special trade a day, Special trades are all trades involving Legendary Pokémon, Shiny Pokémon and Pokémon that have not been registered in the Pokédex. 

Registered Trade (20.000 stardust) mean you alredy have a shiny Qwilfish registered in you pokedex, the trade will took place immediately a 1 herat ( so you just have to open one gift) 

Not Registered (80.000 Stardust) means you don't have a shiny Qwilfish in your pokedex, so we have to build friendship fro 30 days exchanging friends gifts; once your 30 day friendship build is done the trade will took place.
