If your address is Highlands or Islands additional shipping costs may occur.

Due to the nature of shipping and transit all items must be checked for any damage and reported to us within 48hrs upon receipt of goods.

Returns

We accept returns.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging with all fixtures and fittings.
Your item needs to have the eBay receipt or proof of purchase information.
You will also need to put your details including name, address, contact number and details of reasons for return in the box of the returned item.

Please be aware re-handling charges may occur if the above criteria is not adhered to.

Once a product has been fitted, the product has thus been accepted and unless proven to be faulty, no refund will be issued.
