SHIPPING - I ship with USPS which is the United States Postal Service. Shoes usually ship the same day or the following day payment is received unless your payment hasn't cleared yet (ex. E-Check) or its is a weekend or holiday in which case they will ship on the next business day. Shoes ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update on USPS's website. This is normal, so do not be concerned if this is the case with your package. Please don't ask for a local pickup.

RETURNS - I ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS IF IT'S A MISTAKE ON MY PART. Example - I send you the wrong item or color or size. Please make sure you know your correct size whether it be for a shoe or a shirt, jacket etc. I wouldn't be able to stay in business if I allowed such returns. It's only fair plus less headaches.
