If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us first via eBay email.
The return must be made within 30 days after the shipment date.
If you wish to return the product, make sure to put a note in your return package with all your details, and we will proceed on the refund the cost of goods or exchange as requested, once we received the product in its original packaging. 
The buyer would be required to pay for the postage costs back to us, however, we are happy to pay for the shipping costs to send the product back to you if you require an exchange.
If the product you received is not what you ordered or is faulty, we will take care of return costs or refund the total price including shipping fee.
