An A3 or A4 print on high quality photo paper, which you can buy either framed (only A4 size has a framed option) or unframed, just choose from the drop down menu. The frames have a perspex front which looks exactly like glass but is less breakable, and they have a stand on the back or can be hung on the wall. If the picture is framed then it will be slightly larger than a standard A4 size print.

It is my policy to refund customers whose parcels have gone missing in the post, however, it may take a little while to determine that the parcel is actually lost. Local buyers can arrange to pick up an item personally.

If an item is faulty please contact me within 7 days to rectify the problem. Personalised items (any item that is ordered to specific requirements, eg made to a certain size, personalised with photos, names etc) cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
