Good condition with a few notables: On the inside cover there is a gift inscription. On the front of the first page a child's name has been written in crayon (it is faint). On the first 3 pages with writing the sentences have been faintly underlined with a light gray color.  There is some minor edge and corner shelf wear. Other than this the book is in very good condition - The spine is very sturdy and there are no rips, tears. Pages are clean and this book is odorless!
