Wistin Borg was born in 1890, a time of bone-aching poverty in Malta - an island called Maleth in earlier times. Malta had a major importance placed on it during the war and in spite of its size, played a significant part in history.

Luck didn't smile on Wistin until he was old. He was forced to work his heart out in childhood, break it in manhood, and heal it only when he was ninety, by joining his family in Australia in 1980.
