How to sharpen the pencil:

1. If you only want to remove jagged edges, please simply draw lines a couple of times on paper to make the edge smooth. No sharpening needed. Because the pencil is designed to be very soft for a comfortable & smooth application, sharpening too much may cause a waste. 

2. Only sharpen it when it is too short to apply (when the tip is very close to the wood part). Using a professional eyeliner sharpener and sharpening it gently.
